"I love Midtown. The community here is awesome and the main street amenities are a bonus to the already great living space. I especially appreciate the maintenance grounds manager, Jesus. He's awesome always willing to help, constantly cleaning the property and landscaping it, assisting residents, and more. Also, Megan is amazing she helps commute students to-and-from campus and is always a friendly face to see. She and Jesus work together on keeping this place clean every single day sun up to sun down. Without them, Midtown would not be the same experience. I appreciate all the work they do, and I want them to know that it does not go unnoticed"

"We moved my daughter in this past week and we were at the check in station at the correct time. We were told that we should go to our apartment and wait for the maintenance man to get there to give us the code to get in. We waited for almost an hour. I finally tracked down this gentleman in the complex where he proceeded to tell me that no one had contacted him about meeting us at our apartment . It was super hot that day as well. Not happy at all. Also, it seemed to me that there should have been more than one person handling these responsibilities on a day that MULTIPLE tenants were moving in. Or better yet, when the new tenants check in, have the staff give them the door code then, to cut down on one mans work load."

"I love living in Midtown because of its convenience and how quiet it stays. My only complaint would be that the parking rules and cleaning up after your pet isn’t enforced very well. Other than that, it’s so so nice."

"Beautiful place, but way to complicated and too many means of contact in order to get anything done. — Very disorganized management. If you need a maintenance issue resolved you must stay on top of them or else it will not get done."

" I transferred here this fall and knew nothing about Auburn. I really took a gamble when choosing my living situation because I had never been to Auburn before moving here. I made the right choice tho I absolutely love living in Midtown. I feel so safe here and everyone is so nice. I love all the shops also"
