- To make sure your policy gets approved, make sure the below requirements are met
- The liability amount is at least $100,000
- The insured address is clearly listed
- The additional interested party is listed as:
- Midtown, PO Box 12367, Columbus, OH 43212
- The reoccurring charge on your resident account will only be stopped when your policy has been approved by Foxen.
